Addition of monetary units #29

Following #26, I'v added the money.csv file. The file is readed by the function _add-money-units. The function append the units from the file money.csv to the list of units. For now, I'v only added the units that have a typst symbol, but there are many more here: Wikipedia : List of circulating currencies
