Floating dockable windows have an incorrect border #4

While LayoutDocument has the correct window border when free-floating, switching to LayoutAnchorable broke this. It may have something to do with AvalonDockMetro/Theme.xaml

This is still the case... a 1px white border that should probably be orange or dark grey.
