Scalebar is incorrect. #315

Describe the bug When you add a scale bar and change the scale of the image. the scale bar no longer reflects the correct scale.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add image to figure.
  2. change scale of image.
  3. add scale bar. Bar is far too small.

Expected behavior The scale bar should be close to the same length as the image not far smaller than it.
