Mobile IronSource Collection - Preparation before adding the Android auto-update feature.

Preparation before implementing this feature: https://github.com/Chadori/Construct-Master-Collection/issues/400 .

This will ensure users have a stable version without the auto-update feature, just in case of breaking changes or if the IronSource Android SDK is not stable for this kind of implementation.
