Fix Responsive issues in ConfBuddies #98

Our Forms, Tables, and a lot of other content does not look good on mobile. Most of the time, when you're at a conference, you'll be interacting with ConfBuddies on mobile.

Each of these are issue on their own:

[ ] Fix Navbar on Mobile
[ ] Shrink events table on mobile.

@ChaelCodes I noticed you disabled webpacker at all, I need to add some JS in order to make the navbar's toggle works. what should we do?
