Refactor Podcasts + Improve UI #54

Description

We want podcasts to be part of the main RSS feed, and visually consistent with talks. By moving podcasts to a category instead of collection, we can do that.

Changes

All new podcasts get a post with the date they were released (on TheRelicans) and the podcasts page was refactored.
