Crisis Hotline Twitch Bot #57

  1. Create a Twitch Bot that sends 1 crisis Hotline to chat
  2. Figure out the rules for which crisis Hotline to share - location, warmlines preferred
  3. Build a lot of test helpers to make testing easy
  4. Get as many hotlines as possible, and enable contributions
  5. Advertise it on Twitch
