Currently, when we go to https://www.chael.codes/tags#gem there's a 404 error.
Tags come from our Jekyll theme, type-on-strap. According to the theme, we just need to supply them, and tags.html will do the rest. That isn't what's happening. https://www.chael.codes/tags also returns a 404.
