Fix GCP support and RSA public key issue #34

Fixes: 1) Selection of machine type by zone instead of region 2) Management of firewall (security group) 3) Selection of machines in namespace 4) Nuke of environment 5) creation of RSA public key from .pem file (switch to pycryptodome from pycrypto)
