Auto-start on boot does not work when the user has a lockscreen password. #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a lockscreen password (required to save credientials)
2. Set up a VPN network and enable.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The VPN should start at boot. Instead you have to manually start the VPN by 
click on the android-openvpn-settings app.

What version of the product are you using?
0.4.12

Which Android phone are you using?
Galaxy S III

Which firmware version are you using?
Android 4.1, CM 10 M2

Please provide any additional information below.
This is critical! I want auto-connect to work with encrypted devices!
