[Feature] Smash Bros. Particles #58

Explosions and minecarts had additional particles that were seen in Smash Bros. Ultimate. I understand that the forge version is a different mod with the same name, but I think it made the explosion particles a good addition, even if it was a toggle.

Elytras also had a little flare to them but you get the idea.

@FLAC023 The mod "Particle Interactions" has a feature like that.
