There are conference many core contributors will be attending in the coming months...

Goals:

onboarding/recruit contributors
awareness/adoption, build utility
"user" feedback

Structure:

onboarding/presi half + more participatory/spitballing
how big a crowd to expect at a given convention?
how formal?
- who does the orga? (some cons, e.g. DevConnect, can take over much of the orga!)

Precedents:

Status 2018 in Prague worked well, learn from that orga
