Index all boxes + add notes/byPubkey endpoint #55

Index all chaincash-rs boxes (notes, receipts).

Moved /notes/ and /reserves/ endpoints (to list all notes/reserves belonging to user) to /notes/wallet and /reserves/wallet. Also added a /notes/byPubkey endpoint
