Good idea!

This covers some recurrent basic questions on discord (once someone contribute the CLI part) and this page will later benefit from a table with a few recommended alternative public RPC servers.

(1) Please rename the file "networks.md" though. I know Mysten call these "envs"... but I personally do not like that generic terminology (when I see 'environments' I just think "local variables")

(2) Please append the port number (443) since it is expected in most case.

(3) For TS, an example that would work for any RPC would probably be expected as well. Like, what do you do if you want to use vincagame instead of MystenLab devnetConnection?

I like this page purpose.
