Provide both v1 and v2 xcm methods in remote asset manager #475

Issue summary
Convert xcm v2 methods into v1 failed in the calls of remote-asset-manager ( in production, with kusama runtime )
In case we already have an implementation for v2, mb adapt a v1 one will be more flexible for production / testing
