value flag add to deposit cmd #106

Description

CLI cmds deposit extended with value flag. Value flag accepts value that will be sent along with transaction (in WEI). Add new functions for Client. This functions can: OptsCopyWithArgs returns client copy of opts with updated argument that is provided ClientWithArgs updates Client with provided arg
