Hopefully this doesn't mess up anything else but for some reason, the multiaddr bump from 10 to 11 makes this a breaking change in discv5. Typescript was complaining about it when I recently blew away package lock. Shouldn't be a big deal but just wanted awareness since it was a surprise to me this morning when ultralight wouldn't build.
