Abstract https://github.com/ChainSafe/metamask-snap-polkadot/blob/e0f3d4fc0be7366c62211e29d3a276e4fab5669e/packages/adapter/src/index.ts#L12C1-L32C1 (line 12 - 30) into a helper export so Dapps can determine if the snap is available without having to invoke the popup.
