Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are a few quality of life issues that every EMS employee currently faces while performing their day to day duties within the City.

  1. After doing a poll it is apparent that one of the main issues our patients have in the city is arrival time. I believe one point that is controllable on our end is that it currently takes way to long to impound a vehicle and “Tony” isn’t as successful at impounding these vehicles as we like. When cars pile up In front of the Pillbox it could take anywhere from 1-10 minutes to get their government issued vehicle out of the garage. This directly hinders our arrival time allowing patients that are bleeding out to unfortunately be forced to die and miss out on an essential piece of the immersion that is promised to the CityLife’s citizens.
  2. There is only currently three drivable vehicles that the EMS staff is allowed to utilize. The first one that every EMT1 is issued is the only option for quite some ranks. The second main topic our patients complain about is activity of EMS personnel within the city. I believe further incentivizing our EMS team is essential for, once again, that immersion that is promised to the CityLife’s citizens.
  3. Most employments in everyday life have employees requirements towards promotions as well as minimum requirements otherwise demotion is a possibility clearly stated for the employees. This creates a positive working atmosphere for the employees as it enables them to set themselves goals and development of that sense of accomplishment. We currently don’t have a way to track the hours clocked in or how many revives each EMS personnel does.

Describe the feature you'd like

  1. I suggest to either give EMS lock picks or shorten the time down that it takes an EMS employee to call “Tony” to impound the vehicle. Mechanics utilize this same feature and “Tony” arrives in a fraction of the time.
  2. Please think about bringing in a new vehicle that can be acquired when an EMS personnel reaches the rank of EMTIII. I have links but not sure which ones can be utilized within CityLife.
  3. Although we know compared to other whitelisted jobs that the admin side of things is 100% not comparable to Mechanics or SASP. We are all ready to make the commitment with logging proper logs on our own accord while on Duty. The problem is it leaves the EMS Command with no proper way to verify the integrity of the logs being submitted. We want just and fair promotions throughout EMS and I believe this is the only way. These logs can also be acquired by DOJ if need be in future cases.

Additional context These are currently EMS’s main day to day struggles and we appreciate your time in considering helping out our quality of life so we can bring this city the best EMS team any city has ever seen.
