New racing app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Racing being hard with bubbles / scuff with locals.

Describe the feature you'd like A new racing app with the feature to clip through other racers within the race, so there's no contact, would eliminate bubbles from racing and scuff.

Describe alternatives you've considered Perhaps also removing some of the locals' population so there's less scuff with them too, there's a lot of times driving around where there'll be cars that literally teleport around and sometimes just spawn in front of you, I'm aware there use to be an issue with there not being enough locals, but perhaps now it might be a little too much at times.
