Add logging and testing tips. #91

I put the PR in for the docs repo, and added the logging tip from the Discord channel this morning.

Curious if anyone finds this useful or not, I can make an effort to start adding these tips from the Discord server when I see them.

@dahifi Thanks for your contribution, I think this kind of tips is best in the docs repo (like this PR that you've made).

We try to keep the cookbook repository only for complete examples of chainlit apps that the user can run right away.
