Preparation for the Great Open-Sourcening :

moved classes from my_types to their respective folders and files, respecting the same convention as the TS SDK
fixed a bunch of warnings i was getting in PyCharm : some typing issues, some class methods that should have been static functions, some arguments that weren't documented etc...
