Add support for partner commanders #49

Allow the user to select two commanders if they have the partner keyword.

[x] Flag commanders who have the Partner keyword in data
[x] Remove auto un-flagging of existing commander when choosing another
[x] Add validation that selected commanders can be partners
[x] Use combined color identity of commanders for deck validation
