Missing legality data for Dominaria, M19, and later printings #60

Cards first printed from Dominaria and later have no legality information, and cards reprinted in those sets have not had their legality data to allow them in standard and similar formats. This is caused by an up stream issue with the MTGJSON data, which is caused in turn by a load failure in the Gatherer API.

Appears to have been resolved with latest MTGJSON data
