I'd appreciate it if you could clarify if the TT-Mars workflow mentioned in the paper is also applicable for identifying SV calls obtained from BAM files created using aligners other than LRA? (The paper says that LRA with -CONTIGS option has been used for generating the assembly alignments, and samLiftover has been used to create the liftover maps.)
