Add Gacha Shop editor #25

Since Gacha Shop is totally functional now, adding support for it would be helpful for many server admins who don't know how to manually insert entries in the database (mainly because they don't know what they have to put and where)

Greetings, im currently working on a Gacha Editor and a new system that will help me to easier build new editors in the future. Sadly i cannot give an eta, but im already working a month on it and it shouldn't take that long anymore

Quick update, the feature will now go into a small alpha test to make sure everything works as intended before going out :)
