generalize road shop into all shop types #32

Changes

Allows editing of all shop types instead of just road shop

Notes

Unrelated to the pr this prob the last one for a bit. Also just wanted to say thanks for making the tool 😄

Thank you very much for your contributions, they all look very nice :) Its so nice to see, that the tool is not forgotten even when i don't have the time to actively develop it ❤️
