Correction of item name #8

Some missing item names have been corrected.

×'D83C' => ['name' => "スキル枠カフPZ1"], ↓ 〇'D83C' => ['name' => "スキル枠カフPZ10"],

Thanks :) I saw that a few Dummy and Placeholder ones are missing. If there are missing translations, the Manager will just take the english one
