Update the csv processing

Description

A lot metadata like the indexes of particular keywords like 'metric' and 'dimension' are required to be used at multiple places in the code, these should be calculated once and saved in the JSON structure that is generated as a result of CSV parsing, for easy referencing throughout the functions

Goals

To have these metadata fields as first class easily accessible entities in the JSON objects created post csv processing.
