enhancement: cli

Description

The cli for ingestion needs to be enhanced to add support for the following functionalities

• [ ] #153
  • [ ] make sure it does not nuke stuff without permission
  • [ ] call out what it is nuking
  • [ ] make nuking also diff compliant
    • [ ] This means that stuff corresponding to only the new delta that needs to be ingested is nuked and not the whole database.
  • [ ] Save the currently ingested state in the db (somehow, now to figure out the specifics of this)
• [ ] #152
  • include a dry run for what will happen when this command is ran on the CLI
  • should give a detailed step by step and visual representation of what will happen
