This is a draft PR for #20. To Dos:-

[x] Add fastify to app.module.ts
[ ] Rewrite files service using fastify-multer

Hey @ChakshuGautam, was working on #6 and #5 today, planning to raise a PR for both till tomorrow morning. Will resume working on file upload service in tomorrow's second half. Aiming to close it by Friday in the first half. Have some other changes to push to this PR before multer, will be pushing them tonight.
