Subability paladin Utility ability #64

Seinaru's combat, mobility or ultimate ability do NOT proc the blessing of light. All of Seinaru's abilities besides utility are basic attacks so they should from what I understand on the tooltip.

@ChalkyBrush Maybe we should have special flag in GetAbilityBehavior, that ability is attack type (not only GameEnums.BaseAbilitySlots.Attack check in ModifierBlessingOfLight)
