Stunning cups in Winterblight prevents them from functioning #1182

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. get on board the elevator
  2. violently assault it
  3. elevator is now inoperable
  4. complain to management that their elevator is a piece of shit

STEPS TO REPRODUCE IN ROSHPIT CHAMPIONS:

  1. stun a winterblight cup
  2. attempt to activate it while it's stunned
  3. it fucking won't
  4. if your name is Bahamut and you have the glyph that makes E3 stun shit constantly, you'll be unable to operate a stunned cup until A) you fucking move away from it you :baby: :poland: :spaghetti: :lips: , or B) wait for stunlock prevention to kick in
  5. ... complain to management that their cup is a piece of shit

SUGGESTED COURSE OF ACTION: if the cups wore sturdy centaur horns, it would truncate stuns to 0.03 seconds. yo dawg i herd u like cups so we put a cup on your cup so you can grip while you sip

i forgot the cups were altered to prevent them from activating from stray autoattacks at long ranges, which was especially annoying to some drow, huskar, and bahamut (!) players. in light of this, i have made my insult more ambiguous and cryptic by replacing it with emojis

i'd like to add that Tony fucked with this for several minutes while Dark farted verbally, and Tony swore there was nothing he could find that explained why any of this could possibly be true
