Hydroxis' Glyph of Tectonics and Q1 does not proc R4 #161

Pool of water is not created for the second cast of Ocean Quake from the glyph. Pool of water also not created by Ocean Quake from Q1.

You didn't understand the description of R4. You can read it as 'when you finish cast R (completely channeled ) then create the pool.'
