Winterblight monster spell Cosmic Frost sound effect persists indefinitely at cast point

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. go find one of the Enigma creeps with this very loud spell
2. let them start channeling it (which they will do automatically)
3. the spell's WOO WAO WOO WAO WOO WAO noise will loop forever at that location
4. forever
5. and these creeps are often encountered in groups of 5 or more
6. and if you don't kill them before the spell comes off cooldown, they will cast it again, generating another infinite noise singularity

SUGGESTED COURSE OF ACTION:

1. if you can't figure out how to make it stop looping forever, just remove the noise altogether, nobody will miss it
