Step to reproduce: 1.) Pick Zhonik 2.) Get a lot of R3 3.) Equip Moon Shard with Sapphire gem on it 4.) Cast R to the dummy 5.) Notice how as soon as another Moon Shard buff recharged, it got eaten immediately from the W free casts from R3
