Seinaru W1 actually INCREASES move and attack speed of affected enemies by 60 for 2.5 seconds #1639

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. have 40 points in w1
  2. go left-click the training dummy. observe that its default movespeed is 340
  3. cast W near it, affecting it with w1's amazing, mysterious debuff 4. observe that the dummy now has 400 movespeed 5. now you know why testing a W1/W2 Monohoshizao build was causing cavern mobs to FLIP THE FUCK OUT AND DESTROY YOU
