Some of Ekkan's hand Arcana spell tooltips say they deal Q damage instead of W

i haven't tested to see if this is purely a tooltip error, or if the abilities really do deal Q damage

Chalky copied arcana key values from ekkan's head so it states "1" instead of "2" purely visual, damage function is controlled in other file and has writing of "BASE_ABILITY_W" instead of numbers, clear and impossible to make a mistake
