1.) Fix Tiamat Claw's broken rolls 2.) Fix Hangman Boots function not working (redledcat proposed a working fix) 3.) Fix Drow W arcana not replacing her skill 4.) (NOT IMPORTANT) Bahamut R arcana create a dupe of its own skill. No other issue that affect gameplay whatsoever.
