[Blacksmith][Rerolls] Got several complaints about crashes during rerolling gear, out of memory #811

It seems that issue is still a problem, many people respond to have at least some troubles in past weeks with Blacksmith and rerolling gear, when you roll it for a while, you'll eventually come up with crash. Probably (?) there is a memeory leak, if you can do something to test it it would be nice. If it can't be caugth locally, maybe it caused by delays between server and player's location.

blacksmith keeps smapping this in the console if you rerolling near him or just standing (his UI is open, but his zone trigger tries to close it and open new one?)
