提出フォームにmode=sampleを指定できるようにしたい（元々意図的にsampleを指定できないようにしていましたが、sampleを直接更新方式が流行っておりもはやここでチェックしてもあまり意味をなさない、、）

以下の提出フォームが該当（+おそらく評価サーバの方も）スクリーンショット 2023-09-10 20 00 59

@seigot こちら対応しておきますね！！チェックはフロント側でやってるだけなので、チェックのリストにsampleを足すだけです

ちなみにサーバ側のコードhttps://github.com/ChallengeClub/tetris_score_server/blob/main/server/score_evaluation/service/score_evaluation_service.py game_modeは文字列で渡すだけの仕様です
