i am new in IMS & want to start work for symbian application with IM using IMS.
please provide help if possible-

1.how to start work for symbian os in IMS
2.please provide the source code & document for symbian.
3.Any other help could be appreciable.

We have stopped support for Symbian. We'll support MeeGO in the coming releases.
Right now we fully support iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPhone), MAC OS X, Android 
and Windows (XP, Vista, 7). The next platform will be WinPhone7 then MeeGO.

may i know why Symbian support stopped? Its very much popular in some area 
base. and lot of customer for voip who uses Nokia device (Symbian OS)

Because Nokia corp. itself will no longer use Symbian in their up-and-coming 
smart-phones.
