Mod Title: Mute System

Commands:

• /mute [player id] {time}

  Mutes the target player for the specified amount of time.

• /mutelist

  View a list of currently muted players

• /unmute [mute index]

  Unmute player

Note:

This mod requires that you download and install a file called "json.lua".

Place "json.lua" in the server's root directory - not inside the Lua Folder.

It's crucial that the file name is exactly "json.lua".

Added Anti Spam feature.

• enabled = true,

  Enable or Disable Anti-Spam

• warnThreshold = 4,

  Amount of messages sent in a row that will cause a warning.

• kickThreshold = 5,

  Amount of messages sent in a row that will cause a kick.

• maxInterval = 3.5,

  Amount of time (in seconds) in which messages are considered spam.

• warnMessage = '%name%, Please stop spamming or you will be kicked!',

  Message that will be sent in chat upon warning a user.

• kickReason = 'spamming',
