Some more information about the Overpass Turbo API #5

And another time Hello,

I had the idea that it might be interesting for the reader to get some more information about the Overpass Turbo API. For example, where and by whom it was developed, what is possible with it and what are the possible advantages and disadvantages. Because it might also be that people only for the purpose of this API open your repository.

Hello you two,

Overpass Turbo is a web based data mining tool for OSM and was programmed by Martin Raifer. The tool is more dificult to use then the Ohsome API but it has greater accuracy. In the end we used a mix of both Overpass and Ohsome for our project. For more information on Overpass Turbo visit https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_turbo.
