Adding animeted Pre Loader #106

Feature Description

The new feature is an animated preloader that would display while the website is loading its contents. The preloader would help enhance user experience by providing a smooth and visually appealing loading indicator before the main content of the site is fully rendered.

Hey @CogitoKunal By creating a new component for the preloader, I'll make a custom keyframe animation for the stroke effect and use it in App.jsx to display it for 4-5 seconds.
