Navigation Links Not Functioning & CSS Styling Issues #154

Issue 1: Navigation Links Clicking on the "About" and "Contact Us" links does not scroll to their respective sections on the page. Issue 2: CSS Styling Inconsistent capitalization in headings, buttons, and placeholder texts. Placeholders in input fields lack proper styling. I can fix the navigation functionality by adding efficient pages and update the CSS to ensure consistent capitalization and proper styling for form placeholders and many more.
