disable items under "Edit" menu in MB #114

In 3.0b1, the "Create new column" and "Restore Sets" items under the Edit menu in the metadata browser are clickable, but don't do anything. We haven't implemented these two capabilities yet, so until we do, these options should be disabled or removed from the MB toolbar entirely.

nevermind... I must have been looking at an older version of Iris when I reported this issue. These buttons have been replaced with functioning menu items which do the same actions as the buttons on the MB (mask, unmask, invert selection, etc.)
