And apparently this can also happen when you select points via a filter expression. I think this still needs some investigation...
I can't reproduce this issue either using the current master branch (commit 69cf485fb). There is a chance the issue was fixed in chandracxc/iris#345. @jbudynk could you check that? I'll also make some tests on OSX.
When a SED is extracted, sometimes the MB and plotter don't update correctly, and are left empty. This seems to only occur when I sort another column first, then extract the highlighted points to a new SED.
Example:
The data show up again if you switch between SEDs in the SED Builder (i.e., switch to another SED and go back to the extracted SED).
