DropdownList Position is out of sync when there is scroll to the page. #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add DropDownCheckList, Scroll the page.
2. Click to populate the dropdownlist.
3. dropdownlist is out of the place. n

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dropdownlist should be shown right below the control.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
