is there any way to close the dropdown onBlur?

This is the same issue addressed in #125.  I have found no solution that works 
across the different browsers, due to event triggering differences when the 
user clicks into the DDCL scrollbar.
If you find a cross-browser fix, please post it back here as I would love to 
fix this.
